When your order is executed, the amount of the goods ordered is charged. When the goods have left our warehouse you will receive a delivery confirmation to you via email or sms. If for any reason we cannot ship all the goods in your order, we will contact you!

Return Policy
You as a customer have, in accordance with the law (2005: 59) on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises for 14 days when purchasing on the Internet. Your goods should be unused and in the same condition as you received the goods with all labels on.
Always contact customer service before returning any item, for any reason.
Refund / adjustment of return will be made as soon as the return is received and registered. If you have paid by card, the money for the return is put back into the card.
You only pay for the goods you keep as well as the shipping fee.
Security
For all card transactions, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is applied, which means that the transactions are encrypted. Card payments are made with Billmate, which checks the validity of the card and that there is coverage on the purchase price. By force majeure is meant, among other things, strikes, sickness of the staff, transport disruptions, import / export bans, whether this occurs with us as a company or with our suppliers.
