We strive to comply fully with GDPR and have worked hard with it for a long time. The work with GDPR is ongoing and we always review our processes how we handle all types of data within the company.
SUMMARY – COMPANY
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyze the traffic on our website. We do this to better understand how the website is used and how many visitors we have.
Newsletter
We offer the opportunity to subscribe to our monthly / newsletter. Both through a separate form and in connection with ordering. We use Mailchimp as a service for our newsletters.
Personal data
In connection with personal data, we store information about the person who orders to be able to show receipts to the Swedish Tax Agency upon request.
Security
We take security very seriously and have done our utmost to ensure that our website is secure and that all data we have is protected. Should a data breach still occur, we are required to report this to the Data Inspectorate within 72 hours. Our goal is, of course, that this should never happen. If it still happens, we will report it immediately to the Data Inspectorate. Exactly what kind of security we use is nothing we mention to not facilitate any attempts at data breaches. But we use both hardware and software protection with SSL encryption. No payment information is saved with us but with Billmate. They have very high security and are certified according to PCI-DSS Level 1.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We use the information to be able to conduct e-commerce, ie by sending orders. Each order results in a receipt and a summary of the order that we need to be able to report the company’s finances to the relevant authorities in accordance with Swedish legislation regarding the operation of a public limited company and how the company is to report.
Website analyzes are never used on individual visitors, but solely for the purpose of obtaining and summarizing how all visitors use the company’s website. The reason is that we should be able to develop the website and make it more easy to use, for example, by examining where on the website visitors find it difficult to understand where / how the website works.
The company uses the third-party service MailChimp to collect e-mail addresses on the company website, which we can then send newsletters and offers to. If a visitor signs up for a newsletter, an e-mail is sent first and the subscription must be approved. Only then is the e-mail address saved. Each newsletter the company sends contains a link to unsubscribe. When that happens, that email address is completely deleted.
All third party services fully comply with GDPR.
